Arnell’s Camino Alto Plaza is pleased to announce the December 1st pending arrival of Palo Alto’s Topica Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held biotechnology company, which just raised $27 million in new Series B financing, led by Third Rock Ventures and their two existing investors Prospect Venture Partners and Yasuda Enterprise Development Corporation, Ltd. Proceeds of the financing will be used to advance the company’s broad-spectrum topical antifungal agent, luliconazole, for the treatment of onychomycosis, fungal infections of the nail affecting 11% of the world’s population and more than 35 million people in the U.S., of whom over 90% receive no treatment. Arnell announces that Drs. Cari Anderson, Jennifer Dyer-Friedman, and Trudy Hartman have executed a ten-year lease package to move their practices into the Menlo Office Plaza – now 100% fully-leased with a prospective tenant waiting list. These well-established psychologists/psychiatrists specialize in the following: Jennifer Dyer-Friedman specializes in psychotherapy with adults and children, Cari Anderson specializes in psychotherapy with adolescents and children, and Trudy Hartman is a psychiatrist specializing in a psychopharmacology practice treating children, adolescents and adults. They have begun by beautifully modernizing their facility for a November 1st opening.

Arnell Enterprises announces that Hong Kong Restaurant in the Reedley Shopping Center is now under new ownership and management, together with an exciting new name change. New owner/operator Kristi Chan has plans to increase menu variety and operate under the new name of Sun China. Kristi has more than 15 years in the restaurant business, and was appointed to take-over management/ownership of this restaurant after the previous owners’ expansion into Kingsburg and the Sushi restaurant business.
