Arnell rolls out a major Facade Remodel for its 135,000# Reedley Shopping Center - the first such remodel since 1991. All four buildings will be affected, and the City of Reedley has announced its full and enthusiastic support, as covered in a local Press Release.

Arnell completes arrangements to bring FUSE Capital into its Menlo Office Plaza, becoming the largest professional office tenant in the project. For the past ten years, FUSE was based on Lytton Aveniue, in downtown Palo Alto. (FUSECapital.com).

The Reedley Shopping Center announces the completion of the new Water Fountain Entrance, which features a dancing water display that emerges at the top of every hour. Official opening is scheduled for October 30, 2006. In addition the new Verizon Wireless retail display and service store is scheduled for its Grand Opening under the main Clock Tower of the Shopping Center on November 6, 2006.
